This leadership & management development programme includes 20 highly engaging modules incorporating over 18 learning activities, workplace missions, optional fortnightly live events with a world-class tutor and ongoing support from Mission Control. Plus 12 months access to all events and resources.

The first 10 modules are focused on YOU and YOUR management style and will help you embed the STAR® model so that it becomes your natural everyday style of leadership and management.

The next 10 modules are focused on helping you to DEVELOP OTHERS and are great for any manager that has direct responsibility for their team’s development. The material in these modules will dramatically increase your line management capability.

Qualification - a Level 4 qualification can be included for a small additional cost. This requires no additional time or any onerous written assignments as all of the qualification elements are integrated into the core programme.
